This beast sits among some of the tallest buildings in Vilnius. Its called the Harp for the way it is shaped and half of it is unfinished and abandoned.
The view from the top is one of the best I’ve seen of Vilnius.
Cold wind and snow is worth enduring for the amazing panorama from the top. I have to admit – I’m a sucker for tall places.
The interior is sprinkled with occasional gratify and not much else is to be found in this skeleton of a building.
Garage level is flooded, with the dark water reflecting countless floors above the ambience around reminds me of some dystopian sci-fi.
